After that last blog post, I kind of got the negativity out of my system, and this week I am back on track.

I am lucky to have such wonderful and supportive people in my life, and I have great online resources when it comes to the kind of support I can only get from a fellow diabetic or chronic babe.

This week I’ve gotten right back to running and working out, and I feel great.
