Hello you wonderful healthy readers,

Do any of you remember my post about wearing my glasses in yoga class? I found them better than the alternative (blindness) but still awfully distracting. Not to mention, I had to take them off for balancing stick and I didn’t put them back on until tree. It was bad for my balance, bad for my form, distracting, uncomfortable, and just plain annoying.

in late fall, I started wearing contacts, and the difference has been wonderful. I feel like the increase in peripheral vision has really improved my yoga.

There isn’t much more to say, I just wanted to lay it down for the record: yoga in contacts > yoga in glasses.
