In 2008, my friend Kristine took me to a Bikram Yoga class, and it changed my life forever. I started this blog to document my first 30-day Bikram Yoga challenge, and to write about my experience in yoga, but it has become so much more.

30 Day Yogi is a blog about taking the focus and discipline that I’ve learned through doing Bikram’s Yoga, and applying it to other areas of my life. I keep time in my life through setting goals and achieving them. This blog documents the fun, challenging, and exciting times I’ve had dreaming up goals and winding my way toward them on this fabulous highway we call life.
